the room was quite clean, and the customer service was very efficient. mr rajat was very polite at the front desk. i enjoyed the breakfast very much, it had many options.
the gym equipment had some wear.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the beach.
The small shower cubicle was quite a challenge. I found it difficult to move comfortably within it (it was about 80cm x 80cm).

The receptionist and all the staff were very nice! The reception area was always super clean and smelled wonderfully fresh, which I loved. My room even had a fan. This was really useful, even though it was only March. I found this attention to detail amazing.

The hotel provided ample parking at a rate of ten pounds per night, a very convenient feature. The bathroom also offered generous shelf space, allowing me to keep my toiletries neatly organized , I really liked it.

I found the staff friendly and helpful, especially Rajat and Vishal. They were well-trained. The room had all essentials, like tea, coffee, a TV, and an iron. My bed was comfy, and I got everything for a reasonable price. The hotel location was perfect for reaching the beach and town. It was very convenient.
The bathroom was quite small. The shower space felt limited, but it was manageable. I did notice some areas looked a little worn.

The staff at the reception and bar were very cute. They quickly addressed all my needs. Rajat and Yefferson were particularly friendly and always greeted me with a smile! Their positive attitude.

I found the bathroom quite small. The shower felt a bit cramped, slightly inconvenient. The ventilation in the room was inadequate, leading to some stuffiness during warmer hours. This could benefit from an upgrade.
